Woman In Power
It's been one year since we saw a woman lose the Presidential election while winning the popular vote. We've marched, we've mobilized, and we're making our voices heard. The November 2017 election saw women win elections in several states, like Danica Roem who is the first self-identified trans woman to win a seat in a state legislature. We're on a mission to help get even more women elected into political office.
We're done waiting for “our turn.” We’re pursuing power—as individuals and for each other—full speed and on our terms. So, we've teamed up with
Ellevest, a digital investment platform created by, for, and with women, to launch
Woman In Power.
From every shirt sold, we'll donate $10 to She Should Run, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in public leadership by eliminating barriers to success. She Should Run aims to get 250,000 women into political office by 2030.
To date, we've donated over $136,000+ to Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and She Should Run.
We can’t wait to see more women in power in 2018 and every year that follows, starting with you: Upload a photo of you wearing your
Woman In Power shirt to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #IAmAWomanInPower.
We think power looks great on you.
